We want you to love your Rumored pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 21 days of delivery. Please note that all vintage-inspired accessories and items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit to refresh your wardrobe immediately.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
